Leidos’ Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing PM Analyst to support our Electronics Manufacturing Facility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist PM with management of multiple and concurrent programs to meet established business standards and contractual requirements
  • Work with development teams to help define manufacturing requirements and plans
  • Provide input to processes, standards, and operational plans for program schedule and cost tracking
  • Monitor cost and schedule for various program activities and provide data for program review
  • Help track program required deliverables to schedule and update Master Schedule with completion results
  • Assist to create cost analysis for additional scope of work
  • Provide regular program status updates with Program Management
  • Calculate labor and material estimates to completion
  • Help create labor and material estimates for new business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters dwith 2-6 years of prior relevant work experience. .  Technical Degree is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a complex and evolving work environment supporting multiple programs
  • Organize diverse scopes of work to ensure successful data tracking
  • Extensive experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity and experience with Product Life Management, Configuration Management, and Enterprise Resource database management systems, interface tools, and reporting
  • U.S Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing facility
  • Strong communication skills with a desire to work in a Team environment

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
