Our Colorado team is looking to hire a Warehouse Assistant that will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized and stored. The Warehouse Assistant also is our go-to for H2I Group, Inc. product by packing, stocking, organizing and arranging materials in our warehouse. 

Responsibilities:

  • Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse
  • Assist Warehouse Manager/drivers with staging/loading of warehouse vehicles
  • Assist Warehouse driver and field employees with onsite deliveries
  • Keep neat and clean warehouse premises
  • Organize and maintain records of inventories keeping database current and up to date
  • Monitor and manage inventory control
  • Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care
  • Drive vans, trucks and passenger cars handling warehouse materials
  • Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
  • Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • To successfully perform this job the employee should possess strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
  • Preferred qualifications include inventory management and control experience, light equipment maintenance experience, and be forklift certified
  • The employee must have the ability to communicate well with all members of the H2I Group, Inc. team and foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employee owners
  • The employee must also possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

 

  • Effectively communicate and follow oral and written instructions.
  • The employee must have the ability to lift both arms overheads, climb a ladder, scaffolding and stairs and use a hammer and power tools
  • The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, stand, kneel, stoop and squat
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Working Conditions:

 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work outdoors and/or indoors in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places and in excavated areas
  • The employee may work around chemicals, near grinding and torching, and near cranes and moving equipment.
