Summary:
The Plant Director is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and strategic direction of the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiencies are achieved. In addition, the Plant Manager will be developing for annual budget planning and execution and leading the production team to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation of facility.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field
· 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record of operational success.
Preferred Qualifications
· MBA or equivalent preferred
· Experience working in food manufacturing strongly preferred
· Bilingual (English / Japanese or English / Spanish)
