What You’ll Do:
Visit active job sites to observe digging activities and help ensure safety rules are followed
Work directly with homeowners, contractors, and utility crews to support safe digging practices
Learn to identify and mark underground utility lines using provided tools and technology
Assist with verifying and updating utility line markings as needed
Keep simple records of your site visits, conversations, and activities using company tools
Support regular checks to help ensure markings are accurate and safety procedures are being followed
Take care of your assigned tools, equipment, and vehicle with basic upkeep
Respond to job site requests or support your team during time-sensitive situations
Be an active part of our safety-first culture by working closely with your teammates and learning best practices
Take on other tasks as assigned by your supervisor as you grow into the role
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
