Job Summary:
The Research Assistant will be the “face of the study” at the intervention site and will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the research study. They will serve as the liaison between the research team and the participants. Primary responsibilities will include recruiting and enrolling study participants, facilitating study implementation, and maintaining regular, professional communication with study participants and staff. The Research Assistant will be based onsite at the Masonicare Ashlar Village independent living community facility in Wallingford, CT and will report directly to Dr. Stephanie Smith-Warner, a Co-Principal Investigator of the study.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time benefits-eligible position with a 25 hour work week and a term appointment of October 15, 2026 with the possibility of extension. This position is based onsite at the Masonicare Ashlar Village independent living community facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. Additional background checks may be required per Masonicare Ashlar Village's onsite requirements.

Work Format Details
This position is based on-site at a Harvard campus location. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
