You will ensure accurate and up-to-date item data within the ERP system for North America. This role manages new and existing item records, collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to maintain complete documentation, supports compliance needs, and contributes to continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and process automation.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Enters documentation for new items (e.g. pricing, attributes, storage, inactivation, etc.) in the ERP for existing items when data changes
  • Maintains documentation in the ERP for existing items when data changes – work through a collaborative inbox and grabbing those request coming in.
  • Maintains accurate item data within the ERP by working with Supplier Partners for updated item documentation (e.g. Removing duplication, populating missing/outdated information)
  • Reviews documentation elements for assigned items are complete and collaborates with coworkers to obtain missing or incorrect data elements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 + years of experience in a Purchasing or Customer Service related function preferred
  • Associate’s Degree from a two-year college. Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment and work independently within standard operating procedures
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, ERP, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the Business Unit
