Mission Operations Support Specialist

CALIBRE is an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking a Mission Operations Support Specialist to support our team located on Roi-Namur, Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

  • Location: Roi-Namur, Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands (Unaccompanied position – no family/pets permitted)

Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage purchase orders and supporting documentation for mission operations personnel.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving to support incoming hardware for Mission Operations.
  • Provide local logistical support (transportation, lodging, scheduling) for TDY mission personnel and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate calibration return cycles for equipment (Radar, Optics, Telemetry) to the Calibration Lab on Kwajalein.
  • Support administrative functions including meeting coordination, expense reporting, and mission-related logistics.
  • Maintain property records, tracking location, condition, and maintenance of sensor-related assets.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and work orders using Maximo or similar CMMS systems.
  • Support and track Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation.
  • Generate reports and maintain data accuracy for asset management, maintenance, and audit readiness.
  • Liaise between technical teams, vendors, and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely repairs.
  • Identify opportunities for improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and reducing sensor downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with company, government, and safety regulations through proper documentation and process adherence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and government personnel.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend mission requirements.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. independently.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, electronics, technical management, engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Asset management
  • Purchasing
  • Scheduling
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Experience using MAXIMO or a similar Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Ability to generate technical reports or dashboards from a CMMS or asset management system.
  • Knowledge of facilities management or property maintenance processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with modules in MAXIMO such as Asset Management and Work Order Tracking.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in asset or maintenance management.
  • Experience with radar systems, telemetry equipment, RF systems, or signal processing.

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a USAG-KA driver’s license.
  • Willingness to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • This is an unaccompanied position (no dependents or pets).
