Position Highlights:
$19.37-$23.05 DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

We are looking for someone with:
Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer relations skills
Consistent performance and attendance standards
Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
What You’ll Do:
Process and manage insurance claims accurately and timely manner for various payers, ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other regulations
Review and resolve claim denials and underpayments, using payer portals and Epic system documentation to support appeals and follow-ups
Verify insurance eligibility and provide necessary documentation (e.g., medical records, itemized charges) to facilitate claim resolution
Maintain accurate records and work queues in Epic, staying current with payer policy changes and sharing updates with the team
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED + at least 6 months of experience in healthcare billing is required
FQHC billing/coding experience is preferred
Epic system experience is a plus
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is preferred
