Location Profile


We offer a flexible work environment that allows our employees to collaborate across offices and remote teams. All new hires must complete an introductory period after which 2 days per week are required in the office, other days may be remote. This role is based in our Brea, CA location.


Job Summary

The Demand Generation Analyst supports HdL's marketing and growth efforts by coordinating and executing targeted campaigns across digital channels. This role is designed for a technically fluent early-career marketer (1–3 years of experience) who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to help drive sales pipeline through campaign support, outreach, and analytics. The Demand Generation Analyst will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with other marketing team members. This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops campaign strategies by studying key industry indicators, identifying clients’ current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plans and executes email, digital, and web-based campaigns using MCAE (Pardot) and Salesforce.
  • Creates and/or strategize website improvement or website strategy content as well as drive traffic and engagement.
  • Identifies trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Analyzes campaign performance data to identify trends and share insights that inform campaign refinement and audience targeting. 
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create compelling programs that drive client engagement
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in demand generation or campaign coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with MCAE (Pardot) is strongly preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working with generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Jasper).
  • Demonstrated experience creating or refining AI prompts to support campaign tasks or productivity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is required.

 

Compensation


The starting base salary for this Brea, CA position is expected to be between $69,726.26 to $73,212.57 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
