Responsibilities

  • Own the contractual requirements including, but not limited to service level agreements, volume, and forecasting by program, business unit, and specific service line.
  • Understand service level agreements and reporting requirements that demonstrate achieving specific contractual requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership that leads to operational excellence and comprehensive program management.
  • Actively manage vendor headcount, access control, and connectivity profiles for our offshore partners.
  • Leads and support process improvement activities
  • Manage all activities related to vendor spending including opening purchase orders and tracking spend by program, business unit and line of service.
  • Support and actively participates in retrospective(s) with peer group to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with internal partners to collect, analyze, and solve operational issues.
  • Contributes to the development of technical standards and procedures at the division level.
  • Work with business unit managers and senior leaders to influence systems design and development, to properly account for production needs.
  • Manage KPIs for vendor teams and report on these KPIs to internal and external business partners.
  • Define and track operational metrics
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting outlining vendor program performance by program, business unit, and line of business.


Qualifications

  • Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office products including Salesforce and SharePoint, Excel and statistics.
  • Access, VBA, and Tableau/Power BI experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with offshore teams across different cultures and time zones.
  • Healthcare and/or Claims Experience is a plus
