Responsibilities

 

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

 

We are seeking an entry-level Network Relations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist with reviewing provider contracts, learn our compensation systems, help analyze performance data, and support our provider relationship management efforts. You'll receive comprehensive training through our structured program while contributing to important work that supports our healthcare network.

 

• Learns specialized applications through guided training and practice, developing basic Excel skills to support data tracking and simple analysis tasks

• Participates in provider communications by drafting standard responses, documenting interactions, and routing complex inquiries to appropriate team members

• Supports the triage process by receiving and categorizing incoming provider issues according to established protocols and escalation paths

• Engages fully in remote training program, utilizing prerecorded materials and working closely with assigned senior buddy to develop foundational knowledge and skills

• Assists with monitoring compliance deadlines for contract renewals and required documentation, alerting team members of upcoming critical dates

• Participates in team meetings to share learnings, ask questions, and contribute to continuous improvement of department processes

 
 

 



Qualifications

 

  • Education: Associates Degree or higher preferred 
  • Experience: 2+ years Microsoft Excel, knowledge of healthcare insurance
  • Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with providers, employers, and customers. Ability to work iKnowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills
