EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager. The role will be responsible for driving the long-term vision, development priorities, and technical requirements for imagery capture hardware and software solutions. You will work to ensure our capture systems provide data of the highest quality at the resolution and rates required by our customers.

• Develop detailed product requirements, including NFRs and SLAs, starting from the roadmap and in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Provide program level reporting and management for designated focus areas.
• Partner with engineering leads, product owners and others to build value delivery schedules.
• Manage team of product owners each working directly with scrum teams.
• Work across the ART and organization to ensure alignment on prioritization and scope to maximize value realization from imagery capture system development investment.
• Author clear features with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Groom and maintain a healthy feature backlog.
• Vocally participate in SAFe ceremonies.
• Readily provide clarification to product owners during development.
• Inspect the product progress at the end of every iteration and accept or reject work done.
• Support product roadmap development.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years’ previous experience as a product manager, program manager, business analyst, or in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, imaging science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), LLMs, and standard product requirement planning tools (JIRA, Aha!, Confluence or similar).
• Experience or familiarity with APIs, including REST/JSON/XML methods and formats.
• Comfortable working with multiple, cross functional teams, in-house and remote, domestically and international.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with hardware engineering program management.
• Experience with imaging sensors and systems.
• Experience with aerial imaging, photogrammetry, and mapping.
• Experience working within SAFe.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $115,000-$154,000, bonus eligible.
