Outreach & Response Support -Office of Institutional Well-Being and Engagement
The Outreach and Response Support is responsible for providing front line response to individuals impacted by incoming reports of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, which include all forms of harassment and discrimination, including sexual misconduct (sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating or domestic violence, and stalking). Front line response will generally include assessing the need for interim measures, facilitating referrals, coordinating information with the assigned Specialist, and other triage needs.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, the Sex Violence Elimination Act (SaVE), the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and other federal and state anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and requirements desirable. This position also requires strong attention to detail.
