Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.
HDI is looking to fill a Nurse Coordinator Supervisor position. This position will work as the Risk Management Supervisor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative. This position is through a contract and is within DBHDID/1915i RISE Initiative.
The responsibilities of the Risk Management Supervisor will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervisor Nurse Coordinator staff
- Complaint follow-up
- Develop and provide health, safety and welfare education to provider staff as needed
- Data tracking/trending/analysis/action
- Conduct and review provider incident investigations as necessary
This position will work remotely and is open to applicants in all areas of Kentucky. Regular work-related travel throughout the state of Kentucky is a requirement of this position.
