Wheaton College (MA) invites applications for a part-time instructor of Mathematics for the Fall 2025 academic semester to teach one or more of the courses listed below:
MATH 101 – Calculus I (catalog description*)
Meeting days/time: Mon-Wed-Fri, 8:30 AM – 9:20 AM; Thur, 8:30 AM – 9:20 AM
MATH 101 – Calculus I (catalog description*)
Meeting days/time: Mon-Wed-Fri, 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM; Thur, 1:00 PM – 1:50 PM**
MATH 221 – Linear Algebra (catalog description*)
Meeting days/time: Monday-Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 3:20 PM
MATH 331 – Geometry (catalog description*)
Meeting days/time: Tuesday-Thursday, 11:00 AM – 12:20 PM

** Please note: MATH 101 Calculus I and MATH 104 Calculus II typically include a fourth hour of scheduled, in-person class time. We recognize that this may present challenges for part-time instructors, and are open to considering potential alternatives with respect to the timing and/or modality of this hour if necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:Master’s in Mathematics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:Ph.D in Mathematics or related field.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with the qualifications, education and experience.
