• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Assembly Department.

• Maintain and update work instructions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve production issues and implement solutions.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor output and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement practices.
