The QHSE Warehouse Executive is responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. This role involves monitoring safety protocols, implementing quality processes, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Management: • Monitor and maintain warehouse quality standards as per company and regulatory requirements. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of goods. • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. 2. Health & Safety Compliance: • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by warehouse staff. • Conduct regular safety drills, training sessions, and awareness programs. • Investigate incidents, near-misses, or accidents and report findings with recommendations. 3. Environmental Compliance: • Ensure proper waste management and adherence to environmental regulations. • Promote sustainable practices within warehouse operations. 4. Audits & Reporting: • Prepare and maintain QHSE records, reports, and dashboards. • Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions. • Maintain compliance documentation for ISO, legal, and internal standards. 5. Team Collaboration & Training: • Support warehouse staff in QHSE practices and provide necessary training. • Work closely with operations, HR, and management teams to implement process improvements.
