Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks, and provide escalation support to maintain operational continuity.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and system configurations to meet compliance standards, implement security controls and monitoring tools, and drive improvements through structured change management and cross-team collaboration for automation and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience working in a cross-disciplined team, covering server, compute, and enterprise technology support
Strong foundational knowledge of networking technologies, including routing protocols, port management, VLAN configuration, and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based networking concepts and services, particularly within platforms like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues across various domains.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining clear, accurate documentation.
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold or be able to obtain an NV1 level security clearance.
