We’re looking for a Legal Ops Associate for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Associate to support the Legal Operations team in managing and analyzing data that drives legal department performance. This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy across systems like Salesforce (CRM) and Malbek (CLM), supporting reporting needs, and helping the team leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and insight. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about data, technology, and legal operations.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and consistent data across legal systems, including Salesforce and Malbek.
  • Support data entry, validation, and cleanup efforts to ensure high-quality reporting.
  • Help build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Copilot.
  • Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc reports for legal leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support the use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to streamline document review, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Participate in testing and enhancing legal-specific AI tools to improve department workflows.
  • Help ensure contract data is accurately captured and reflected in Salesforce and guardrails for contracting processes are enforced.
  • Collaborate with team members to track and update contract-related information.
  • Assist in organizing and interpreting qualitative data (e.g., stakeholder feedback, process notes) into structured formats.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Acquisition Integration teams to analyze data, spot patterns, and enhance processes.
  • Work closely with legal team members and cross-functional partners to gather data and support operational initiatives.
  • Help translate data findings into clear, actionable summaries.

About you

We are seeking a highly motivated, proficient and detail-oriented individual to join our growing legal team. This role typically requires 0-2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Data Analytics, Sociology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field. Research experience is a plus, especially for degrees such as Sociology or Psychology.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a data-focused, operations, or administrative role (internships or co-ops welcome).
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365 tools. Familiarity with Power BI a plus.
  • Interest in learning and using Salesforce, Malbek, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to legal operations, contracts, or corporate legal environments.
  • Experience working with qualitative data or research.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI)
  • Curiosity and interest in the legal field, legal technology and AI-driven solutions.
