Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facilities Custodian to join our team.

 

The Facilities Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall safety of the warehouse facility. This position ensures that all areas, including offices, restrooms, classrooms, and warehouse spaces, are kept clean and sanitary. The role supports daily facility upkeep, waste removal, and occasional light maintenance, contributing directly to a safe and professional environment for both staff and visitors. The Custodian plays a vital part in ensuring the facility remains in compliance with health and safety standards..

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and warehouse areas.

  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.

  • Support floor care and sanitation standards.

  • Assist with light maintenance and special projects.



Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • 1+ year custodial/janitorial experience.

  • Ability to perform physical labor.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
