The starting wage for this role is $26.40/hour.

About the role:

Responsible for maintaining ATM and ITM functionality, availability, and optimizing ITM delivery channel performance. Works with internal and external teams to ensure the ATM/ITM channel meets service objectives and service level agreements. Monitor the ATM/ITM performance and identify/implement enhancements to the service as needed to ensure operational excellence.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships for the ATM/ITM network across the Credit Union, acting as liaison between PenAir and vendors. Maintains current objectives along with strategic development and integration of the ATM/ITM fleet. Works directly with third party vendors to ensure adherence to contracted service levels for ATM/ITM installations, servicing, and maintenance. Review and approve invoices related to installations, servicing and first- and second-line maintenance.
  • Monitors the ATM/ITM fleet to ensure optimal functioning, and coordinates with third-party vendors to deliver timely software and hardware support. Manages and comprehends advanced integration between all ATM/ITM systems to troubleshoot complex issues. This requires working knowledge of the technology to determine possible impact on network function and ensure proper resolution and ensuing compatibility across integrated solutions. Understands regulatory requirements and ensures ATM/ITMs comply as well as cleanliness of units are maintained. Maintain industry knowledge related to ATM/ITM and associated technology.
  • Leads new ATM/ITM deployments, ensuring all involved departments and vendors stay on task and meet necessary deadlines. Demonstrates proficiency in identifying the components of hardware and software updates, including security patches and hotfixes, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate deployment and post-implementation monitoring. Coordinates with internal and external teams for purchasing, storing, delivery, testing and deployment as needed. Provides internal support by researching and identifying options and solutions and escalates complex issues to management and/or third-party vendors.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory record of ATM/ITM fleet, including those that are in warehouse. Order new machines and parts as needed, working with third party vendors to ensure we receive the correct model at the lowest cost.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned, including taking calls outside of normal business hours including weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. 
  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Other Skills:

  • Experience with ATM and ITM hardware and software solutions. 
  • Knowledge of network operations and understanding of the technology used for the machine and its communications. 
  • Strong technical and computer skills. 
  • Good listening; knowledge of office automation products, spreadsheet, e-mail, PC operating systems, able to make decisions with minimum information.
