Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Deputy Warehouse / Operations Manager to join our team.

The Deputy Facility/Operations Manager will assist the Facility Manager in overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, serving as a key leader to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the facility. This role is highly hands-on, supporting both administrative and operational functions such as scheduling, workforce supervision, and regulatory compliance. Acting as the Facility Manager’s right-hand, the Deputy ensures continuity of leadership and will assume responsibility for operations in the Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and staff performance.

• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and compliance tracking.

• Ensure efficient material handling, storage, and distribution.

• Step in as acting Facility Manager when needed.

• Must have a SECRET level clearance

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics operations experience.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
