Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in Workday to join our HR team. This role will serve as a key partner in optimizing our HR technology, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the business with advanced reporting and system solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can influence process improvements and maximize system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, including modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Absence/Time Tracking.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new Workday functionality, enhancements, and system updates.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs and leadership decision-making.
• Provide advanced user support, training, and guidance to HR and business stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices in HR systems management.
• Partner with external vendors and Workday support as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with at least 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and reporting; experience with additional modules a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and change management.
• Advanced reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
