DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analyze current organizational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization or automation.

2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.

3. Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate end-to-end operations and recommend changes for enhanced productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

4. Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive measurable results.

5. Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure proper training and adherence across teams.

6. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements using KPIs and data-driven analysis; adjust strategies as needed.

7. Serve as a change agent by promoting a culture of operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous learning.

8. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive updates on process initiatives, outcomes, and performance trends.

9. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process-mapping exercises to build internal capability for continuous improvement.

10. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Possess education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus two years of related experience or equivalent.

3. Possess proven knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.); Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification is preferred.

4. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

5. Possess proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

6. Possess excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives. 

7. Possess advanced communication skills with experience leading cross-departmental collaboration and driving organizational change.

8. Possess the ability to work independently, set priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

9. Possess a strong work ethic that operates with a sense of urgency.

10. Possess the ability to travel up to 20% of the time; possess and maintain an active driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

11. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance.
