Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Warehouse Facility Manager to join our team.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse and facility operations, ensuring the site functions efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position will oversee personnel, budgets, logistics, and facility maintenance, while serving as the primary point of contact for government customers and contractors. The Facility Manager will play a critical role in aligning daily operations with mission requirements, maintaining operational readiness, and driving continuous improvement across the facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for warehouse operations, logistics, and facility maintenance.

• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and local building codes.

• Coordinate with government representatives and contractors.

• Must have a SECRET level clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.

• 7+ years of facility/warehouse management experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.
