In this Head of Growth - Air Freight position

  • Trade Lane Management (RDM)

- Build consol programs including routing and pricing from each of the main / focus countries

- Plan origin sales calls aligned with origin offices, Sales and KAM and invite network for national     sales activity

  • Responsible for pricing/ACC (MSR’s / RFQ’s / Lane development)
  • Implement Pricing guidelines and process for all KSA as per Regional and Global standards
  • Evaluate and negotiate with providers, subcontractors, airlines to optimize our costs and our services
  • Manages / Guides development of Airfreight programs (Aerospace / Defense / Life Science etc)
  • Coordinates with Sales organization on overall Airfreight development (include pipeline reviews, RFQs support, value propositions)
  • Works with countries and offices on Airfreight development / carrier utilization / services & solutions etc.
  • Evaluates the Airfreight development and owns the responsibility on programs, products etc. to drive growth
  • Attend client meetings / presentations in support of sales within KSA. Insure regular MBR/ QBR are arranged and attended for top airfreight customers with KAM/Sales.
  • Insures there is an active customer retention program in place to monitor customer deviations
  • Evaluate businesses at loss to renegotiate (contractual businesses, global RFQs at loss etc) and to avoid revenues leakage
