Description
Are you an experienced instructor who has a passion for helping others grow their skills and abilities? We're seeking a full-time Sr. Instructor with demonstrated expertise in analytic instruction and experience leading project integration efforts. As a successful candidate, you will be skilled at applying lesson plans to both formal classroom and informal learning, adapting techniques to meet all student needs, utilizing a range of methods to assess participant learning and training effectiveness, providing positive coaching and feedback to participants, reviewing participant products, and conducting and facilitating meaningful and engaging activities. You will need to be able to evaluate and revise learning activities and content based on input and observations, as well as coordinate and report on participant and training progress. Drawing on your expertise as an analyst and/or manager of analysts, you will be able to demonstrate skills in program coordination, critical thinking, intermediate to advanced level data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), communicating with diverse groups, prioritizing, creating substantive learning content, developing subject matter expertise—your own and in others, mentoring in a way that effectively conveys analytic expertise to students, and incorporating and supporting organizational and curriculum level priorities. You will be part of a larger program and will assist the team with customer communications, team coordination, and help plan and respond to project requirements. This may include helping to plan training projects, prioritize tasks, coordinate efforts among the team, conduct meetings, facilitate training sessions, and keep stakeholders updated. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to create products that incorporate sound adult learning principles, meet customer requirements, and are engaging and accessible.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Sr. Instructor will become familiar, and maintain that familiarity, with a dynamic customer curriculum.
Qualified candidates are skilled at developing subject matter expertise, communicating with diverse groups, creating tailored learning content, providing mentoring which clearly conveys analytic expertise to students, and delivering effective instruction.
The successful candidate will assist the program teams with project integration support, potentially developing new course content, delivering training, facilitating multi-day exercises, mentoring students, and/or providing feedback and improvement suggestions to customer management.
Using their own expertise with analytic product development and in alignment with the curriculum teaching points, the Sr. Instructor may also review student products and provide positive and constructive feedback to the students, they may be asked to role play during the exercise, they may be asked to lead an instructional module or help coordinate and run an exercise, and they may be asked to help build or revise curriculum.
They will be expected to work collaboratively with teaching teams, other reviewers, and the overall program team to help meet our customers’ missions.
