In this role, you’ll oversee field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are delivered on every project.

Position_Description :

What You’ll Do

As Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind our industrial concrete projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.

You will:

  • Direct daily field operations on projects starting at $5M
  • Lead crews & subcontractors through planning, coordination, and execution
  • Enforce safety policies and compliance with environmental permits
  • Review drawings, specifications, and building codes to ensure accuracy
  • Create and maintain project schedules (including two-week lookaheads)
  • Manage material orders, inspections, and manpower to meet deadlines
  • Monitor work in progress to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Document project progress, inspections, and compliance reporting
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and mentor your team


Position Requirements :

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of concrete construction experience (footings, foundations, slabs, columns)
  • 4+ years supervising large concrete water tank or wastewater treatment projects
  • Strong skills in blueprint/spec review & project scheduling
