Responsibilities- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and raise visibility on risks or blockers.
- Design and develop scalable data models and interactive reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Write intermediate DAX expressions and optimize report performance for usability and efficiency.
- Participate in peer reviews, retrospectives, and team meetings to improve development processes and output quality.
- Mentor and seek mentorship to support continuous learning and team growth.
- Contribute to data governance, documentation standards, and process improvement initiatives.
- Leverage expertise in BI tools, ERP data sources, SQL, and data architecture to develop robust analytics solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, reliable solutions while maintaining accountability and proactively managing commitments.
QualificationsSkills, Knowledge & Abilities Required:
- Experience developing analytical solutions within the Microsoft Power BI Platform or equivalent technologies.
- Proven ability to design scalable data models and implement time intelligence functions supportive of advanced analytics and reporting in Power BI.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and plan complex tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in data analytics and business intelligence.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience developing analytical solutions within the Microsoft Power BI Platform.
- Experience with commonly used Microsoft Power BI connectors.
- Experience with the Snowflake Platform.
- Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies.
- Experience working with SAP ECC, SAP BW, Salesforce, or Oracle EPM as data sources.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python and R.
- Familiarity with data engineering, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information science, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
This position is available at two different career levels based upon experience, education, etc.:
- Level one (Power BI Developer/Analyst I): 0-2 years of experience required.
- Level two (Power BI Developer/Analyst II): 2-4 years of experience required.Â
- Level three (Power BI Developer/Analyst III): 4-6 years of experience required.Â
