Job Type: Full Time Seasonal

General Description:

Coordinate and supervise all operations related to the movement, installation, and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), ensuring compliance with security protocols, internal regulations, and quality standards. This role requires operational leadership, management of multidisciplinary teams, real-time incident resolution, and logistical support for special events, with the goal of ensuring optimal availability and functionality of ATMs at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead ATM movements, transfers, and replacements in coordination with the ATM operational team and the business unit.
  • Manage the master keys to open and close ATMs.
  • Remove old ATM disks and transport them to El Señorial, adhering to established security processes.
  • Oversee teams during ATM movements and replacements, including receiving teams (Diebold, Construction, Asset Protection, and Evertec) and notifying of any delays or absences.
  • Manage incidents during installation, making decisions in alignment with the Operational Supervisor or Manager.
  • Perform final testing and report daily progress.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with all teams.
  • Coordinate trailer movements for special events, ensuring ATMs arrive and are operational.
  • Participate in physical component validation projects directly at the ATM location to address issues related to security, regulatory, and/or compliance matters.
  • Provide support for special events as needed.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.

Experience

Two (2) + years of experience working as Project Coordinator or similar role in IT designs, projects and implementation. Commercial Audio-visual knowledge and equipment design is preferred.

Certifications / Licenses

Project Management Professional (PMP)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

  • Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision; self-direct and task switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge of project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.
  • Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge of budget administration, resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly.
  • Computer and Technological Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365 and Salesforce. Experience with tracking and project management tools such as: JIRA; data visualization and design tools such as: Power BI, Canva among others is desired.
