Responsibilities

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage complex product development projects from planning through delivery. You will lead diverse initiatives, build internal and external relationships, and drive product development through strategic execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects tied to larger initiatives, departments, or corporate strategic goals
  • Serve as project manager for complex product development, process improvement, and continuous improvement activities
  • Stay informed of organizational strategy and developments to recommend program or application changes
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate documentation and activities for major projects or entire programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and project management

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management expertise in high-functioning engineering environments
  • Technical experience with CAD, structural design, and FEA (finite element analysis) desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead project meetings and deliver presentations
  • Experience interacting with executive teams, functional leads, and stakeholders
  • Ability to represent the organization in product-related communications and professional conferences
