Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Pay Rate: 33.99

Duration: 4-5 months

Location: Hawaii State Hospital. Kaneohe, HI

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

Lead interdepartmental teams to execute assigned projects efficiently and accurately, ensuring alignment with specifications and deadlines.

• Planning & Delegation:

Define project scope and tasks, delegate responsibilities effectively, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.

• Budgeting & Cost Analysis:

Conduct cost estimations and develop project budgets based on financial forecasts.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential risks, report findings to leadership, and recommend mitigation strategies—including project termination when necessary.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all project activities adhere to federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution in a related field.
