Function/Duties of PositionThis position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating non-clinical training programs that support patient-centered, trauma-informed, and equity-focused care within a community-based dental clinic serving Ryan White-eligible and underserved populations. The role includes developing educational content, training materials, and implementation strategies for topics such as patient navigation, HIV and vaccine screening, trauma-informed care, cultural competency, communication, behavioral engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The trainer will create tailored materials for diverse audiences¿including dental students, front office staff, clinic providers, community partners, and institutional stakeholders¿and will design assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with program goals.Â
