Aegis Aerospace is currently looking for Data Manager (Orion Data Management/Program Management Support) to join our team in Denver, CO.
Overview:
The purpose of this position is to work with the prime contractor providing data and program management support for the Orion program. This position will support Aegis' contract with Lockheed Martin (LM) in Denver, CO. The Data Manager will work with Lockheed Martin's team administering and maintaining Windchill and EPDM platforms for the Orion Program Hardware organization, including data structures, user access, and workflows using LM's data and handling processes. In addition, they will develop future Subcontract Data Requirement Document (SDRD) closure plan and the drive execution to that plan coordinating with the Subcontract Administrators (SCAs) and Subcontract Program Managers (SPMs).

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Program Hardware open lien Qnote (Quality Requirements) manager for all items driven by open items from Orion hardware subcontractors
- Support collaboration between subcontract program managers, production center managers, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams by facilitating secure and accurate data exchange
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on data governance and lifecycle efficiency relating to hardware subcontractor deliverables
- Conducting regular follow-up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are being completed and to address any issues or concerns
- Support weekly meetings with recording minutes, including action items and task assignments
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Windchill and supplier quality requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent presentations skills
- Experience managing data and actions in a database and workflow systems
- Experience with interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team.
- Motivated self-starter willing to take initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, project leads, customers, and with contract colleagues is essential.
- Ability to attain and maintain respect and confidence of the customer and contract personnel. A close, cooperative customer interface is essential.
- Mature, professional judgment in establishing objectives, milestones and priorities.
- Reliable and dependable work habits and dedication to get the job done.
- Must have US Citizenship.
- The work can be performed in an office environment in Denver, CO or remote.
