Program Coordinator - Military veterans preferred

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to support our project manager team at Hawaii State Hospital.

Pay: $24.04 per hour
Location: Hawaii State Hospital – Administration Services and Support Services
Address: 45-710 Kea’ahala Road, Kaneohe, HI 96744
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (7:45 AM – 4:30 PM)
Employment Type: Long-term, Non-exempt

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist departmental projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with hospital goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate collaboration among clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Assist in resource planning, procurement, and allocation to meet project needs.
• Provide emergency coverage and operational support as needed.
• Contribute to the development and achievement of departmental strategic goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support hospital operations

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in project planning, coordination, and delegation.
