We are currently hiring for an Invoice Query Administrator based in Slough on a hybrid working basis (3 days working from home – after probation period) Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm offering a salary of £24,300.

The invoice Query Administrator is responsible for logging, investigating & resolving customer invoice queries.

Key responsibilities:

• Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
• Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reason
• Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations
• To assist outside of allocated locations as required.
• To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed

Experience & Skills Required:

• Customer Service experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Team player with ability to remain focused on task
