Operation Section Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily Monitor Picking Accuracy and take actions to minimize and prevent the picking errors


• Control the receipt, picking, loading of products according to the Work Instruction, Safety policy, Quality policy and other company standards


• Manage of claim performance not to exceed the targets


• Perform Stages Control Inbound, Distribution, Outbound


• Perform control in all areas (Pallets not mixed store, Cleanness of the area, Pallets in correct palletize pattern, Pallets are in good wrapped ect.,)


• Follow up that the times for the start of the shift, the break and the lunch are respected according to the agreed and confirmed time schedules


• Performance Dialogues with your staff on daily base


• Support the activities of the Operation area where necessary

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experiences in logistics, supply chain Management or retail business


• Good analytical and problem solving skills


• Computer knowledge in areas of Microsoft Office (MS Excel (advance) is a must), E-mail, and Internet.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision


• Good communication both in Thai and English
