Job Purpose

The Global ISO Tank Manager will serve as the central expert supporting Hillebrand Gori’s commercial and operational teams with ISO tank expertise and technical guidance. This role is responsible for driving global business development in the ISO Tank Bulk Wine & Spirits segment, shaping sales, operations, and pricing strategies, and ensuring alignment with group-wide commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement commercial and pricing strategies tailored to customer needs
• Support market segmentation and positioning efforts
• Participate in budget planning and performance reviews
• Act as the liaison between third-party ISO tank providers and Hillebrand Gori, ensuring alignment with group commercial strategies and budget targets.
• Oversee proposal development and pricing programs to enhance customer value
• Conduct market research to identify strategic opportunities
• Influence cross-functional teams and external partners on commercial practices
• Collaborate with global teams to meet strategic goals
• Lead and mentor a small team

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years in global bulk logistics, ideally within Wine & Spirits
• Experience managing large accounts and navigating buy/sell dynamics
• Strong commercial and operational acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• International travel experience and a self-starter mindset
• Customer-facing experience in the Wine & Spirits sector is a plus
