Description
We are looking for a Payroll Project Coordinator to assist with payroll-specific initiatives, focusing on documenting technical requirements, supporting system configuration activities, and ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of payroll operations who is eager to grow their skills in project coordination, payroll systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Payroll Project Coordinator will work closely with Global Payroll, HR Services, Corporate Benefits, and CIO teams to support changes to the U.S. payroll system, UKGPro, particularly when updates are driven by regulatory changes, process improvements, or modifications to employee benefit offerings. This role requires strict attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that actual salary for this position is closer to the middle of the posted range.
At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”
If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
