SUMMARY:
The On-Site Solutions Project Coordinator assists the OSS Sales and Operations teams with projects to implement programs at customer sites for industrial vending, Vendor Managed Inventory, RFID, Asset Repair Tracking (ART), and On-Site solutions programs. This role provides administrative and financial support, manages detailed information on equipment placed, and provides project management to improve order flow and processes.
JOB DUTIES
- Provides Motion branches with information on their equipment lease details.
- Maintains a detailed master database of all industrial vending and RFID equipment placed in eCOS. Manages the list of surplus equipment available for redeployment.
- Assists in problem solving and process improvements related to sales and operations.
- Coordinates the set-up of vending account numbers for revenue reporting purposes.
- Reviews quarterly lease schedules of vending equipment for accuracy. Manages the addition of vending equipment to lease programs.
- Processes vending supplier invoices for payment. Generates purchase orders for equipment.
- Ensures the vending machines' annual database license renewals are invoiced appropriately.
- Monitors equipment rolling off lease programs, works with Finance to ensure payment is completed, and updates our records.
- Routinely interacts with branches to obtain information necessary to update equipment database.
- Attends training sessions to learn the functions and capabilities of vending and software applications offered by Motion OSS.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and one (1) to two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES- Strong attention to detail required.
- Able to support multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills—Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team setting, sharing responsibilities and goals
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn procedures and concepts quickly
