Position Summary:
The Consignment Support Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of Straumann’s cabinet consignment program for all customers. This position works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies needed to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to RFID or Zimbis cabinet malfunctions.
• Support the sales force with scheduling and conducting inventory counts within their regions.
• Handle all order-based transactions for all consignments, including billing usage and replenishments.
• Manage consignment inventory stock levels, turns, counts, and reconciliation.
• Work with a continuous improvement mindset to help make suggestions for streamlining cabinet and consignment processes.
• Support one of our top customers, ClearChoice and all their customer locations with all cabinet and portal needs.
• Answer phone calls and email tickets within our service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Attributes:
• May sit for extended periods of time.
• Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence.
• Spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.


Work Environment:
• General office environment.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.


Preferred Qualifications:
• High proficiency in SAP
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team Player
