Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Position Summary: The inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials, purchased components, work-in-process (WIP), and finished winches. This role ensures proper stock levels to support production schedules, reduces downtime caused by shortages, and maintains compliance with company policies and quality standards.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to move around a large manufacturing facility, sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand; walk, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust.
