Physical Requirements
The Invoice Coordinator spends the majority of their time at their desk performing data entry tasks. The remainder of their time is spent in activities which may involve walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Shift
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Summary
The Invoice coordinator handles the invoicing for the collection budget, ensuring invoices are entered in a timely and accurate manner. This includes processing invoices for entry into the University Accounting system, as well as handling credit card renewals for newspapers and other subscriptions. In addition, they communicate with vendors about updates, payments, or other problems. They work with the Library Business office and other acquisitions staff to ensure that invoices are handled promptly and accurately. Finally, they lead or assist on special projects as assigned or provide backup to other people in the unit as needed.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows particularly Excel. Ability to work with integrated library system and UK accounting system.
