About the Role
We are looking for an HR Technology Business Partner with strong, hands-on experience in Workday. This role is the main point of contact for Workday support, configuration, and reporting, and will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure the system is accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a proven track record of delivering results in Workday.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Absence/Time Tracking
- Configure, test, and implement new functionality and system enhancements
- Translate business requirements into practical Workday solutions
- Maintain system accuracy through audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide value to leaders
- Provide guidance, training, and support to HR and business users
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase efficiency through technology
- Collaborate with Workday support and external vendors when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and reporting; additional modules are a plus
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
