Role Summary

As the Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cash management functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role also provides support in risk management and investment activities. 

In This Role, You Will…

  • Manage daily cash and investment reporting; review banking activity for all U.S. accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash activity reports and support cash forecasting processes.
  • Review global fee analysis statements to identify discrepancies, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Produce monthly global hedge activity reports, ensuring compliance with policy and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Collect bank account information and prepare FBAR reports.
  • Support month-end investment and debt reporting, including related journal entries.
  • Perform accounting and analysis for group and corporate insurance activities during month-end close.
  • Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation to support internal and external audits (Treasury, Fellowes Ventures, investments).
  • Collect data and prepare applications for the annual insurance renewal packet.
  • Assist in managing and implementing Treasury and global payment policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the global signer database.
  • Manage intercompany loan documentation, including amendments.
  • Provide administrative support for bank and credit card accounts.
  • Process payments within banking systems.
  • Contribute to other Treasury, Risk, and Accounts Payable reports and projects as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, judgment, creative problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Must have a working knowledge of accounting information systems, MS Excel, and other software packages
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize schedules to meet unexpected challenges and continuously adjust to meet changing demands and priorities

The hiring range for this position in Itasca, IL is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
