POSITION SUMMARY

Ideal candidate is seeking long term employment with flexible hours and enjoys a variety of tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Exterior and interior maintenance

Basic repairs

Replacement of light bulbs- interior and exterior

Seasonal sidewalk and parking lot maintenance

Courier runs

Document destruction

Maintain up-to-date supplier list

Plumbing, electrical and other systems maintenance

Safety and security of facilities

Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift/move, on occasion, heavy objects as needed

Ability to navigate stairs while performing duties

Knowledge of basic repairs

Ability to operate computer for basic programs

Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor

Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance

Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment

Ability to follow security procedures

Full Time

6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. M-F
