Position Summary:
Manages large and sometimes complex orders, promotional programs, purchase and price agreements (including DPAs & SUIPs), credit/credit and rebill requests and other order-related tasks, such as 3rd party financing with a high rate of efficiency and accuracy. In addition, this position takes an active role in leading the team and department by providing support and coverage for the Manager / Supervisor, ensuring the accuracy and adherence to documented work instructions, and the execution of special assignments.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Sets up new accounts and maintains customer master data in SAP
• Sets up purchase agreements for orders and discounts (DPAs/SUIPs)
• Handles all order-based transactions (quotes, order placement, 3rd party financing, extended payment terms, etc.)
• Administers established Marketing promotions and initiatives, such as the Strategic Customer Programs, within the parameters and with required approvals as documented in the program work instructions
• Reviews and releases orders through the eShop tool (SUIP) as well as orders pending approvals or purchase orders
• Assist in training programs, systems, and create / change process work instructions.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, Straumann, and its selected finance companies to secure purchase orders for 3rd party financed orders
• Utilize CRM in accordance with various work instructions
• Promote a positive team culture
• Complete / promote multi-channel customer support (Hard Copy, CPQ, eShop)
• Promote lower cost channel development
• Provide peer coaching and assist other agents
• Core competency is at an advanced level
• Cross trained in other functions
• Make outbound calls
• More complex workflows
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Attributes:
• May sit for extended periods of time
• Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence
• Spend significant time reading on a computer


Work Environment:
• General office environment
• Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate


Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong record of reliability with demonstrated follow through
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented and introspective
• Optimistic in high-stress environments
• Leadership aptitude and potential
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with sound judgement
