Training/Quality Control Coordinator

BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. (BFINS) currently has an opening for a Training/Quality Control Coordinator in our Tulsa office. Training will be provided. BFINS is a growing and dynamic independent insurance agency offering a very competitive compensation and benefit package. Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer and supporting software including, and not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

College degree is preferred, or commensurate industry experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main role of the Coordinator will be helping with the onboarding and training of new employees, auditing the work of commercial, personal, and benefits account managers, helping conduct various training programs, and other tasks per instructions given. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

College degree or commensurate industry experience, with the ability to perform and deal with confidential information.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.


Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.


Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds.
