Job Title: Manager (SLS) - Digital Marketing
Job Location: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will support marketing activities by managing digital platforms, marketing reporting, and daily administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining website content, handling marketing data and analytics, executing basic campaigns, managing promo items, and supporting the marketing team to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update website content, ensuring it is accurate and aligned with marketing objectives.
· Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Seamrush and others providing weekly or monthly reports.
· Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC and LinkedIn analytics to track campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
· Create and manage marketing campaigns on various digital channels, like Meta platforms, supporting paid and organic activities.
· Prepare monthly marketing reports, consolidating metrics from various digital channels.
· Handle marketing budget administrative tasks including invoice processing and tracking.
· Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
· Oversee Oktopost and LinkedIn publishing, monitoring engagement and performance.
· Support Smartconnect (enterprise social network) marketing folder.
· Report on events performance and assist with follow-ups.
· Prepare and send newsletters and basic mass email campaigns through Salesforce.
· Defines and manages the production and distribution of promotional items.
· Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
· Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes and campaigns.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
· At least 4-5 years of experience in a marketing support role, ideally in a B2B environment.
· Experience with digital marketing activities including website updates, analytics and campaign management is a must have.
· Experience managing content calendars, basic email campaigns, and marketing admin tasks.
· Able to use and understand website CMS platforms (Sitefinity knowledge is a plus) for content updates.
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics and LinkedIn analytics.
· Good understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC principles and able to run and interpret the analytics..
· Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
· Understanding of social media management tools (e.g. Oktopost, LinkedIn).
· Comfortable managing budgets and administrative tracking for invoices.
· Ability to learn and adapt to various marketing and CRM platforms.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and reporting dashboards.
· AI savvy at user level
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and create clear reports.
· Team player who collaborates well with colleagues across different functions.
· Proactive and flexible, willing to take on varied tasks as priorities shift.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
