We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail.

Position: Team Leader, Customer Service, Airfreight

Location:           Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Act as key contact for allocated customers. Accept and process orders for handed over to operations.
  • Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedule.
  • Closely monitor operations and drive through performance to meet KPIs criteria.
  • Update and monitor shipment to all. Being customer centric.
  • Provide quotations for farming customers and lead to sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries/request, irregularity and complaints.
  • Update details in CW1

Qualification: -

·       Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

·       At least 5-8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business.

·       Good knowledge of customer services processes and systems.

·       Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner.

·       Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.

·       Good command of written and spoken English.

·       Strong Leadership skills.
